Located in Courtenay, this new restaurant and wine bar was designed as a stand-alone building, and included an extensive commercial kitchen component.  The coordination and 'fit' of the kitchen equipment was of primary importance to this owner, in order to maximize the seating area and minimize the kitchen footprint in the building.
