East Shore Village is a community located within the Town of Sidney, consisting of 58 townhouses of various designs.   An underground parking garage with ample vehicle storage serves the entire project.

The underground parking level is served by 2 elevators and includes secure storage for each unit, a secure bicycle storage room and recycling areas.   Recharging stations for electric vehicles are also located on this level.

The site is designed to maximize views from each unit into the common green space or the surrounding residential neighbourhood.  A centralized surface parking area provides visitor parking as well as a central gathering area for the community.   The site is fully landscaped complete with an underground irrigation system.
